Refund Policy

No refunds are issued for unused food, early event endings, no-shows, or dissatisfaction communicated after service concludes.

2.  RETAINERS & PAYMENTS

• Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the event result in forfeiture of the retainer, with no additional balance due.

• Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are responsible for the full event total.

• No refunds are issued for cancellations due to weather, illness, or changes in guest attendance.

At W.E. Xperience LLC, each event is thoughtfully curated and requires advance planning, premium sourcing, and dedicated staffing. The following policy ensures clarity while allowing limited flexibility.

 

1. THREE-DAY GRACE PERIOD

Clients may cancel within three (3) calendar days of booking for a full refund only if the event date is more than 10 days away. 

Short notice events scheduled within 14 days of the event date have a (24) hour cancellation period.  
After these grace periods, all payments become non-refundable.

 

 

4.  EMERGENCY RESCHEDULING (LIMITED CONCESSION​)

In the event of a documented emergency, W.E. Cater may, at its sole discretion, allow a one-time reschedule under the following conditions:
• Request must be made as soon as reasonably possible
• Event must be rescheduled within 90 days, subject to availability
• Rescheduling applies to the same scope and value of service
• This option is not guaranteed and is reviewed case-by-case

No refunds will be issued in lieu of rescheduling.

 

5.  CHANGES & REDUCTIONS

Guest count reductions, menu changes, or service adjustments made after final confirmation are not eligible for refunds. Approved increases may incur additional charges.

Booking our services and submitting payment constitutes acceptance of this policy.......

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The retainer is applied toward planning, staffing, and ingredient procurement. Final payment is due 10 days prior to the event.

Short notice events scheduled within 14 days of the event will require upfront payment in full.
