1. SERVICES
W.E. Cater provides upscale catering and curated culinary experiences as outlined in the approved proposal or invoice. Services are limited to the scope described and do not include items or services not expressly stated.
2. BOOKING & AGREEMENT
An event date is secured only upon receipt of a signed agreement and required payment. Verbal agreements are not binding.
3. PAYMENTS
All pricing is based on the confirmed guest count, menu, service style, and event duration. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.
4. MENU & AVAILABILITY
Menus are subject to seasonal availability and market conditions. W.E. Cater reserves the right to make comparable substitutions when necessary while maintaining quality and presentation.
5. EVENT LOGISTICS
The Client is responsible for ensuring venue access, utilities, permits, and compliance with venue rules. Delays or restrictions caused by the Client or venue may result in additional charges.
6. SERVICE TIME
Contracted service time includes setup, service, and breakdown. Additional time requested or required beyond the agreed schedule will be billed at a premium hourly rate.
7. FOOD SAFETY
W.E. Cater adheres to all local health regulations. Once food is released to the Client, responsibility for food safety transfers to the Client.
8. DAMAGES & LIABILITY
The Client assumes responsibility for damages caused by guests, vendors, or venue conditions. W.E. Cater is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages beyond its reasonable control.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
W.E. Cater shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All branding, menus, images, and concepts created by W.E. Cater remain the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the event takes place.
12. ACCEPTANCE
Booking services and submitting payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
