OPTION A — GUEST PURCHASE EVENT (SPENDING MINIMUM)
Booking Fee: $750
Minimum Guest Spend: $2,500 in food sales
Includes:
• Food truck on-site up to 3 hours
• Guests purchase food individually
• Standard truck menu pricing
If the spending minimum is not met, the host is responsible for the difference.
OPTION B — HOSTED EVENT
(MENU PAID UPFRONT)
Booking Fee Starting: $1,200
Includes food for: Up to 75 guests
Includes:
• Food truck on-site up to 3 hours
• Pre-selected limited menu
• Professional staff
• Setup & breakdown
Additional Guests: Priced per person based on selected menu
Additional Service Time: $175 per hour
